Pairing wine with holiday treats
Whether you are having wine with your dessert or dessert with your wine, we have got you covered. During Thanksgiving weekend in our tasting room, we have wine pairings with your favorite holiday treats. Here are the hands down favorites. With your sugar cookies, we recommend an off dry Rose’ to complement the light sweetness of the cookies. Your gingerbread men need something with a little spice to complement the ginger, Syrah is the perfect choice. Pumpkin pie balances well with an off dry Riesling and the favorite of all is Malbec with peppermint bark, separate they are good, together they are magic. Cheers to your holiday magic!
