Join us in the barrel room for an intimate, behind-the-scenes experience during Spring Barrel Weekend—with very limited seating available.

From Barrel to Table: A Spring Tasting Experience brings together the craft of winemaking and the artistry of seasonal cuisine—hosted by owners Branden Seymour and Kaela. This exclusive tasting is designed to showcase our red wines in progress, paired with a spring menu created specifically to elevate each pour.

The Menu & Pairings

First Course
Grilled Asparagus, Crispy Egg Yolk & Herbed Farro
Paired with Sangiovese (barrel sample)
Bright acidity and savory structure cut through the richness of the yolk while highlighting fresh spring herbs.

Second Course
Crispy Pork Belly with Apple–Rhubarb Chutney
Paired with Merlot (barrel sample)
Plush fruit and soft tannins balance the pork’s richness, while the chutney enhances the wine’s natural vibrancy.

Third Course
Rhubarb & Almond Frangipane Tart with Crème Fraîche
Paired with Cabernet Franc (barrel sample)
Vibrant acidity and subtle herbal notes complement the tart rhubarb and delicate almond pastry.


The Experience Includes:
• Guided barrel tasting with Branden
• Three-course spring menu prepared by Kaela
• An intimate, immersive setting in the VanArnam barrel room
