Noir et Blanc marks the debut of our 2025 Blanc de Noir and 2025 Blanc de Blanc. These are whole cluster pressed, naturally sparkling Pétillant Naturel wines crafted with precision and restraint. This intimate gathering offers Wine Club members the first opportunity to experience these new releases in their intended setting: at the table.
The evening begins with a relaxed cocktail hour featuring Puget Sound oysters on the half shell and seasonal accompaniments, allowing guests to settle in with their first glass. As candlelight fills the room, a five-course dinner will follow, served family-style to encourage connection and shared experience.
The menu, thoughtfully curated by Chef Taryn in collaboration with Winemaker Branden Seymour, is composed as a dialogue between plate and glass with each course designed to elevate the vibrant texture, freshness, and nuance of these Pét-Nats.
Expect refined seasonal ingredients, layered flavors, and a progression that moves seamlessly from sea to earth, finishing with a selection of elegant desserts.
This is not a tasting event.
