Tasting Notes and Descriptions-
Appearance: Ruby; deep purple
Aroma: Blackberry, oak notes such as toasted marshmallow, caramel, and cedar.
Taste: Medium-long finish, great for pairing with soft cheeses or gravlax.
Overall impression: high longevity and medium acidity. Long finish, and will age for 10+ years beautifully. Pairs well with pizza, red sauce pasta, and prime rib.
