- Why do winemakers use barrels and where do they come from?
- What is toast? The sensory characteristics barrels impart in wine
- How do winemakers care for barrels & use them to craft the perfect blend
- Smell & Taste! Sample a minimum of 3 wines at each winery including barrel samples and wine in bottle to compare & contrast as you learn

Doors open at 5:00pm - Music starts at 7:15pm. Food trucks onsite at each concert. Wine and Beer for purchase. Feel free to bring your own picnic dinner but please NO outside alcohol allowed. Tables and chairs for 180 ppl are first come. There is plenty of space to bring your picnic blanket and chairs.

Summer Dreams for Wishes
June 20th 6pm - 9pm
Children’s Wishes & Dreams is a local wish organization that grants wishes to children 3-21 years old
with life-threatening or life-altering conditions living in the Yakima Valley. They are 100% volunteer so all
the money we raise goes to our program and stays right here in the Valley. They are not affiliated with
any other organizations. In our 19 years we have granted 300 wishes.
Children’s Wishes & Dreams is planning a summer outdoor event at VanArnam Vineyards in Zillah.
Summer Dreams for Wishes will be on Thursday, June 20th from 6:00-9:00p.m. You can dance to the
music of Krome (High Energy Classic Rock, Rhythm and Blues, Smooth 70s Pop), enjoy wine & beer from
VanArnam, food from the Taco Bar provided by VanArnam with 1 complimentary beverage and
Rosauers delicious cupcakes for dessert. There will be a Silent Auction and a select few Live items.
